Who Will You Serve

Who Will You Serve

Ultimately the Christian walk comes down to this, choosing who you will serve, your own selfish ambitions or God! And yes it is a choice! A choice you must make each minute of every hour of everyday. See when it all comes down in the end of your life, you will be judged individually with what you have done with what God has given you. We should not serve The Lord out of obligations but rather adoration! You might say God has done nothing for me! Just look at this mess my life is! I would say this to you, God loved and still loves you enough to send His Son to die on a cross for you. He bore all your sins, past, present and future so that you would not have too! He has given us life, eternal life for those who choose to trust in Him as their Lord and Savior. That is something to be extremely thankful for and something to adore!

So today my challenge for you and me is this, reflect on just what God has done for you and serve Him today accordingly! Love your God first with everything you have, then love your neighbor as yourself! For you can’t do the second without the first! And by doing this, you will find yourself in the midst of Gods Will for your life and can stand against any foe that speaks against you.

So in closing, be thankful today for what God has done and is doing in your life and go love so others might see that love God has poured out upon you!

Have a great Friday and be blessed in the Name above all names, Jesus Christ!

“Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord . But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord .” (Joshua 24:14, 15 NIV)
